I think any person that you use as a supplier any contractor has to be an extension of your brand when you’re sending people out under the guide of Home Smiths you really want to make sure that your customers the same experience that you would hope to give your customers.
Very happy sending Clare to see our clients she’s excellent, she always puts them at their ease and so we wouldn’t be using any- body else in this kind of work. For a lot of people this is the first time they’ve ever sat in front of a camera. So it’s very important they have that time with Clare she’s efficient she doesn’t; make it last any longer than it needs to take so it really isn’t a big ask to ask our clients to do because we know that Clare won’t waste their time. We’ve already used our video testimonials with great results so not only would be in the past refer clients to our website and instance to a certain webpage and project we are now able to directly refer them to one of our video testimonials and really say in the email “If you want to hear what our clients have to say about us click here” I use that with great results recently. I’ve been really happy to refer and recommend not just Clare but the benefits of using testimonials.”
